Uh...Jonathan, you DO mean baking powder--right? The recipe calls for baking powder, I think--unless it was printed differently at a different time.
What I can see in my screen is 1 Tablespoon of baking powder; no soda, 3/4 teaspoon of salt...etc.
Perhaps useful to clarify this, since it's an entirely different ingredient?
