Hi. I want to make this cake as it's shown. I see that there is a middle frosting layer of the raspberry buttercream but there is also a layer of regular buttercream. The instructions say to mix the raspberry jam with the buttercream, frost the second top and then turn it over on top of the bottom layer. But how do you get the layer of white buttercream in there, too, as it's shown in the pic? Do you do a layer of white butter cream, then chill it and then put the raspberry mixture on top of that??? It seems like it would be a mess and not like your photo. Please help. Thank you!
