Hi there, Regina! You sure can make this recipe using vegan milk and butter. This recipe will make three, 6" cakes. We'd recommend baking them for 22 to 25 minutes or until a cake tester comes out clean the edges of the cake are starting to slightly pull away from the sides of the pan. Happy baking!
