Vanilla yogurt works well, Nicole, but you're welcome to use whatever yogurt you want. (There are no baking police — we promise!) You can also add some Fiori Di Sicilia if you'd like to incorporate that flavor. Usually 1/8-1/4 teaspoon suffices. Annabelle@KAF
