The recipe says if you use a 9x13 pan to lower the oven temp to 325F. FROM WHAT? There is no instruction to preheat the oven! It also says to divide the batter evenly into prepared pans, but doesn't say what preparation the pans need. Grease? Grease and flour? Parchment paper? Help?
