I notice that there are 3 layers of goodness to the inside of the cake... rasp puree, rasp buttercream and regular buttercream? If I wanted to add the regular buttercream so its like the photo, do I add it to the cut side first, then refridgerate it a bit before adding the raspberry buttercream? I'm still a bit of a novice at layers cakes so any advice would be helpful. <3
