Perfect again. I wish I could post a photo...it is worth seeing. 3 layers, cranberry filling on top....almost, but not!! too tender. Texture is everything. Just follow the recipe exactly...never had it fail. Take the time to enjoy the process...(and, I use the cake enhancer)...I love this. love this cake!
