I am looking for a homemade white cake recipe to use for a wedding cake. Can this cake be tiered? I note that it is so crumbly that it should be served from the pan if making a 9x13. I plan to make a tiered cake and then several 9x13s, frosted and filled, to serve about 150 guests. If this recipe won't work, please suggest another one.
