Dear Susan, I love your recipes but I ain;t got no mixer. Got a food processor and a high-performance eggbeater. (small kitchen). I have a friend whose birthday is in mid-July and she asked for "real cake". , I can see how to mix the butter in, but would it be OK to add all liquids (egg, yogurt, vanilla) in one step? Fold them in by hand? I would appreciate your advice.
