Hi there, Victoria. It looks like there'a layer of raspberry jam, then the jam/buttercream mixture, then a layer of plain buttercream. To do this, simply chill the cake after the first layer of buttercream is added for 30 minutes or so before doing the second layer. Annabelle@KAF
