Hi everyone -- I'm new to baking. Novice, neophyte, newbie (all of them) with plenty of blunders. Here's the problem. I am making a single pan measuring 5" X 4" pan to fit inside an elevated glass cloche-type and this is exactly the type of cake I am wishing for. BUT how can I maneuver the ingredients to work for this size? Can you guide me?
