Hi Kitty, we've put together a full High-Altitude Baking Guide to help bakers like yourself baking at elevation adjust recipes for success. There are sections for breads, cakes, cookies, and more so you can make the right changes for the recipe you're making and your specific location. For this cake, you'll want to make a few changes like increasing the oven temperature by 15*F, shortening the baking time, adding slightly more flour, possibly one more egg white, and also decrease the baking soda and sugar. Because high-altitude baking is a complex subject, we recommend a set of publications from the Colorado State University Extension Resource Center that cover all aspects of baking at 3,500 feet and up.
