Hi Peggy, if you use Greek yogurt, you may want to use about 3/4 cup of yogurt and 1/4 cup of milk at least. If you used all Greek yogurt, the batter will be quite thick and difficult to spread in the pans. (The taste and texture would still turn out just fine though, so feel free to take this option if you'd like.) Happy baking! Kye@KAF
