Lari, the edges of the cake tend to set and start to form a bit of a crust as it cools. If you release the edges of the cake while it's still warm, it'll be easier to separate the sides from the pan. You can let the cake cool in the pan for about 5 minutes before turning it out onto a wrack and letting it cool completely. Happy baking! Kye@KAF
