Hi Yanyan. Absolutely! We love making large batches of biscuits and then freezing the dough. Just make sure they are well wrapped. When you are ready to bake, you can simply go straight from the freezer to the preheated oven. You may need to add a few extra minutes to the bake time but you'll be having delicious biscuits in no time. Happy Baking!
