Hi Colleen, it's hard to say exactly what happened with your biscuits, but if you measured your flour by cups, I suspect maybe you added a little extra flour. This is very easy to do, particularly if you tend to scoop your cup into the flour container. For our flours and recipes we recommend either measuring by weight, or using this method to measure your flour by cups.
