Hi Mira, we don't have a biscuit recipe that uses that particular combination of ingredients. We did a Google search for recipes leavened with baking soda and found this one. There's a tip in it for making the buttermilk in it with milk and vinegar. It calls for shortening so it'll be an experiment replacing the shortening with olive oil, both texture and flavor-wise.
