Lisa, you can absolutely cut them out and freeze them on a baking sheet. Once they're frozen, you can store them in an airtight bag for up to a couple of months. Then when you're ready to bake, you can just pop them on your baking sheet, brush with a little butter or egg wash if you feel like it, and bake them as usual. It will take a few minutes longer when baking from frozen, but they'll still be the delightful biscuits you know and love. Happy baking! Kat@KAF
