White Lily self-rising bleached flour, heavy cream, maybe a pinch of table salt. Hand mix just barely, knead 3 times, roll out finger thick, cut, bake at 500 for 8 mins. Done. The chilling and the milk brushing can't hurt, though I use melted butter not milk.
