Hi there, I am wondering about the suggestion to use lemon oil. Without thinking about it too hard, I added some flavoring oil to my meringue, and it immediately deflated! I think this would happen with lemon oil, too, wouldn't it? Maybe lemon extract is a better idea for this flavor?
