I love reading tips from others who love to cook. I just made a lemon meringue pie and its lovely. I live in a very humid climate. To 1/2 c. sugar I added a heaping Tbls. flour and a heaping Tbls. powdered sugar. I'm not suggesting anyone try it but the meringue was awesome, stiff peaks and floated over the filling.
