Hi Karina! Realistically, you probably wouldn't be able to get the flavor you're looking for, because you can only add a touch of liquid in, like a couple of teaspoons per batch. (Usually vanilla or another extract.) So using something like coffee extract or Irish cream flavor would give you the flavor in a more concentrated way.
