You can indeed, Cindi! It'll need to be heated to activate the thickening though but we conveniently have a recipe that walks through the whole process. Strawberry Cream Meringue Pie has the meringue recipe (I like to make a 1.5x or even a double batch so I can make a big tall meringue pile!) and the meringue directions start on step 8. Happy baking!
