While we haven't experimented much with aquafaba meringues, we do indeed have a recipe for making meringues with cocoa: Chocolate Meringue Kisses. We've got a coffee-flavored version that's delicious as well: Espresso Meringues. Susan has also been doing magical things with freeze-dried fruit powder in the test kitchen. Peach, raspberry, blueberry, you name it! Not many rules here except pick flavors you really love, and have fun experimenting! Kat@KAF
