Hi Elbe, I would consult an oven technician on that question, but sometimes preheating a pizza stone and keeping it on the bottom shelf of your oven may help even out the temperature in your oven. You might also experiment with reducing the baking temperature a bit after you have preheated the stone and placed your meringue in the oven.
