Thank you so much for the dairy free area of your site. My husband was diagnosed with dairy allergies about 3 years ago. He is also allergic to most tree nuts and soy. It was a very long and trying time to find the right ingredients to use. We love the Earth Balance Soy Free Butter sticks in baking. Also use Rice Milk since the other nut based milks are out. Coconut milk leaves a 'Cocunuty' flavor. I have to read all labels to make sure the foods are not produced in a nut type based processing center or soy area. Manufacturing changes all the time and need to reread labels constantly. Just found out that one of the well known big box stores brand of spices may contain wheat, dairy and soy ingredients. My husband was having slight issues and did not realize that everyday spices had those ingredients..until he found a website that stated it. Just want people aware of, make sure you read the back of labels very carefully to make sure your allergen is not listed. Never would suspect Pepper to contain those allergens. I would like to recommend a product called Enjoy Life for their Chocolate Chips used in baking. They are so delicious and are Dairy, Soy and Tree Nut Free... Thanks again for such a lovely site. Any chance you could publish this area in a Mini Cookbook? I would definitely buy it. I have so many recipes and products written down and printed that its getting hard to keep track of. Maybe areas in a book to write our own notes too? Keep up the good work.
