Maybe you've address this before, but my question is I have a bread machine that makes a 1 lb loaf (2 1/4 cups of flour loaf). I'm wanting to use my sourdough starter in it and make bread, but I'm not certain of how much starter to use. Is there a conversion chart or recipe somewhere for a 1 lb sourdough bread machine bread? I have a Zojirushi mini bread machine, that I want to use. Thank you in advance for your help.
