Hi Maggie,

I love my bread machine and make my bread doughs on the Dough Mode Cycle!

Then I take the dough out, shape it, put it in a 4x8 inch greased bread pan, cover it with a kitchen towel, let it do the final rise, and then bake it in my oven.

I love the beautiful loaf and texture of the bread so much better when I bake my breads in the oven!
