Hi Lynda! Because the yeast is such a hot commodity, we might suggest not using the bread machine for everything, just to ensure the yeast doesn't wind up wasted on a failed loaf. You'll want to find a recipe that's designed for that specific yeast. You should be able to use the machine for the kneading at least.
