I use my bread machine about once a month.I like the recipe for white bread that came with my machine,but it taste nothing like good old fashioned yeast bread,so I have been doing on line searches to see if a regular old fashioned yeast bread recipe would work.I haven't gotten the nerve to try any yet.I can't figure out why the bread machine calls for vegetable oil and lemon juice.I think that these ingredients are what makes it taste different.Maybe I'll just make old fashioned bread the old fashioned way.Thanks for your article.
