I always use just the dough cycle. I now prefer the sponge method for my bread making. I put the sponge ingredients in the bucket. Set for full dough programme. Leave overnight for 8 hrs add rest if ingredients run on dough setting again. Shape and place in a dutch o en. Leave to rise. Score. Put lid back on place in a cold oven. Set to 210 degrees c. 30 minutes remove lid and continue to bake until really well baked. Excellent bread.
