Bread Master I've been baking for years using a bread machine. When I first started I used to bake my bread in the bread machine, but I discovered that using the dough cycle makes a different in how the bread turns out, I changed to only using the machine to make the dough. The breads come out incredibly moist and just beautiful and delicious!
