I purchased the Zujirushi bread machine from KAF many years ago Model BBCC-X20 and use it most times on the dough cycle since I like to make 2 - 1lb. loaves in my KAF 8.5" X 4.5" loaf pans rather than one large loaf. Also I don't like the holes caused by paddles if I bake the bread in the machine. The machine is very efficient at reading and rising and saves on hands-on time.
