Chrissy, you've really figured it out — use the machine for a variety of recipes that are suited to it but don't try to force any "edgy" recipes into the machine. Kudos for knowing how to use your sourdough in a variety of recipes. And that rosemary sourdough in the cast iron pan sounds enticing... Thanks for sharing. PJH@KAF
