Wow Lucy, you're certainly a bread machine veteran! I remember those American Harvest double-loaf machines... I'm with you as far as that annoying rest right at the start of the Zo cycle. Get on with it! As for raisins, I take the dough out and knead them in by hand once its "dough" cycle is finished. I figure it's nearly as easy, and I don't have to be concerned about the sugar from the raisins leaching out into the dough and slowing down its first rise... PJH@KAF
