Hi PJ, thanks for your hard work on all the blogs! I have been baking sourdough bread every week for 4 years now, and have not bought a loaf from the market in years. Last year I purchased a Zo Supreme from KA to get loaves to slice more uniformly for sandwiches. I have found many of the KA recipes do work very well with the Zo, like the olive bread. I usually substitute in some sourdough starter for some of the flour and water in the recipe, but my husband’s favorite is still my cast-iron baked loaf of rosemary sourdough bread. It is a 5-cup recipe with a very sticky dough, so it doesn’t work in the Zo. So I go both ways, alternating each week.
