Hitachi HB-B101 about 18 years ago and it’s still going strong. I make bread about once a week as my husband loves it for his toast in the morning. And I make dough for shaping rolls. I also have a “Cinnabon” Cinnamon roll recipe for the ABM that is by far the most requested. And several have questioned if it could be converted to be made the traditional way-can anyone help with that?
