I had a problem with the dough moving slightly to one end or side in my bread machine which ended with a slightly uneven loaf. I fixed the problem by using cardboard under the legs of the bread machine to make the bread machine perfectly even. I also use the bread machine in the same place on the counter each time. I thought my counter was level but it isn't.
