Hi! Thanks for tips re bread machine baking. My "Zo" just doesn't seem to know how to make sourdough, so I settle for "ordinary" . It came with a recipe for a chocolate cake that is delicious, but so dry you have to dunk it to avoid dental emergency. Any advice? An active, busy, retired bachelor who likes to eat well appreciates tips and tricks for baking! Thanks!
