Lifting up the lid early on will help with this, Peggy. If you see that some of the dough is building up on one side of the loaf, give it a little nudge with your fingers to encourage it to come loose. If the dough feels stiff and the paddles seem like they're having a hard time moving through the dough, add a few teaspoons of water while you're at it. You can coax the dough along so that you end up with a perfect loaf. Good luck! Kye@KAF
