I love my bread machine and use it when ever I will be gone most of the day. When Home I make hot rolls from scratch which is my favorite. I didn't know I could open the lid to check on it. I have a Zojirush and sometimes one side of the blades don't turn as well as the other and I get a lopsided loaf. Any hints????? My first bread machine I had for 20 years. My "z" I've only had 6 months.
