I have a Cuisinart bread machine with 8 programmable recipes. I use the basic white setting even though I use half wheat, half white flour. In the winter its very cold and humid and I have to check the bucket and adjust flour by the tablespoon. As soon as spring got here, the recipes are spot on. It is so easy I cant believe I haven't done this for years. 5 minutes of prep, hit the switch and 3 hours later..hot bread. I love it. My wife makes sweet dough for her projects, and if I want rolls I use the dough setting, and bake them in the oven.
