Tiara, I love using the bread machine as an all-purpose "dough preparer." When I'm busy, it's just so easy to throw everything into the machine, and come back a couple of hours later to nicely risen dough. Granted, I check it about 10 minutes in to make sure the hydration looks right, but other than that — it's on its own, which is a huge help. Sounds like you've worked out a great system for making best use of your time in the kitchen, too. Thanks for sharing - PJH@KAF
