I would like to make the Chocolate Chip Cookies (https://www.kingarthurbaking.com/recipes/chocolate-chip-cookies-recipe) with your GF Measure For Measure flour, however, I only have dark brown sugar. Your recipe calls for light brown. What differences can I expect, if any, using the dark sugar with the MforM flour?
