Thank you for all the non dairy articles you have been posting over the past few years! Our whole family is lactose intolerant so I am always on the lookout for dairy alternatives. I have been using your no roll out pie crust with canola oil and I roll it out between wax paper. The crust comes out flaky and delicate — I’d say it’s even more delicious than the all butter crusts I used to make!
