Good question, Robert! Most often a fresh strawberry pie isn't baked once the filling has been added so you'd need to bake the top crust alone on a pan and then place it on top of the filling if you wanted it to have a top crust. If it's a recipe where the strawberries are baked right in with the pie, you could use any double crust recipe you like. Be sure to give it some good vent holes since strawberries release a lot of steam.
