Good news I’ve discovered: 2 3”x7” loaf pans hold the same as 1 9”x5” loaf pan. So...make 1 of each for the 2 pans—smaller, but you now have 2 loaves. This is so, so good. My family says, “Oh this is the best bread you’ve ever made!” They’re so nice. They tend to say that about most of my breads!! If their mouths aren’t full.
