Hi Cathy, Great question! As long as you don't continually open and close the oven door, you should be able to bake multiple loaves of banana bread in the oven at the same time without adjusting the baking time and/or temperature. If your oven has some hot spots or baked unevenly, you might want to rotate the loaves in the oven while they bake. Also, consider testing all three loaves with a sharp knife to ensure they're finished before you remove them from the oven. (The loaf in the center of the oven may need a few minutes longer than the other two, for example.) Happy baking! Kye@KAF
