Looks yummy...going to try the cream cheese one tomorrow. If a recipe calls for cream cheese, I am on it. Love the stuff. My HomeEc teacher... Mrs. Olszewski...just the best. It always amazed me, even back them, how many students in that class had absolutely no cooking or baking experience. Where were their mothers? My Mom was an excellent cook and baker, and made sure she taught her 5 daughters (and 3 sons) all she could about this amazing "craft" It was she who sparked my interest in bread baking, and I think of her each time I bake. Back then, in the 50's and 60's, here in central Wisconsin, most families grew up on farms, and money was hard to come by, so my mom took a job cleaning the country school we all attended. She saved every penny until she was able to buy her Kitchen Aid Mixer. Although I don't use it, and yes it still runs I have that machine, stored right now in my basement. Every time I see it, it takes me back. My Mother passed away thirteen years ago, and I still miss her every day. God blessed us every day by making her our Mom. No more beautiful and gracious woman ever walked this earth.
