When adding a flavor that is liquid based you just need to reduce it before adding it to the buttercream so that you don't throw the texture off. This will also burn off any alcohol so that you can serve it to anyone at your celebration. We recommend starting with 1 cup of Prosecco (or another juice, wine, liquid you'd like to flavor with) and slowly simmering it down to 1/4 cup. The color will change and the texture will change too, but the flavor will be extra concentrated and extra yummy! Hope you and son have a great time Bridgett, and happy celebrating!
